No physical products are supplied. All deliverables are provided in digital format only.

3. Quotes and Acceptance

  • Acceptance of the quote constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.

4. Payments

  • Unless otherwise agreed, full or partial payment is required prior to the start of the project.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the services.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All content displayed on this website (including renderings, images, animations, text, logos, and graphics) is the property of Westride Render Studio, unless otherwise stated.

Renderings produced by Westride Render Studio may not be used, in any form, for:

  • Creation of mockups

  • Graphic or design templates

  • Reusable demonstration or sample materials

  • Product simulations intended for third parties

Any use of the renderings for mockup purposes, whether modified, adapted, or partial, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Westride Render Studio.

7. Client-Provided Materials

The client warrants that they hold all necessary rights to any materials provided, including 3D models, technical drawings, logos, and reference assets.

Westride Render Studio shall not be held liable for any third-party claims arising from the use of client-provided materials.

8. Illustrative Nature of Renderings

All 3D renderings are created for illustrative and promotional purposes only.

Renderings do not represent final physical products, and any discrepancies between rendered visuals and real-world products shall not constitute grounds for dispute.

9. Limitation of Liability

Westride Render Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or improper use of the delivered materials by the client or third parties.

10. Amendments to the Terms

Westride Render Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
