Currently, no. Our website is not yet set up to accept online payments. However, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp to proceed with your order.

You can send us the designs you wish to have rendered by emailing westriderenderstudio@gmail.com. Our team will handle your request and provide you with all the information you need.

You can download all our 3D templates in vector format directly from our website. Go to the top menu (DOWNLOAD) and click on (RENDER TEMPLATES). To order your renderings, please send an email to westriderenderstudio@gmail.com, attaching your designs and specifying the type of service you require, e.g., 3 VIEWS + PROMO. We will then proceed with the work, and once it is completed, we will send you an email with a link to download your renderings along with the invoice for payment.

Our team will begin processing your order starting the day after your email is received. Generally, for orders of fewer than 20 renderings, we strive to deliver them on the same day. For orders exceeding 25 renderings, delivery is usually the following day. Specific timeframes will be provided directly in the order confirmation email by one of our team members.

We only accept online payments, either by bank transfer or via PayPal. All payments will be processed and documented through an official invoice.

Certainly! For large-scale orders, we offer a discount on the total cost in collaboration with the client. All details will be agreed upon at the time of the order or request. You can request a free quote! Please note: the quote is valid for 30 days from the date of the request.

All files you send us will be deleted 60 days after payment has been received. Additionally, to ensure greater security for our clients, we are available to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if requested.

Certainly! We are able to create 3D models; however, we ask clients to send us an email specifying the object or type of item they need modeled. Once the feasibility of the request has been assessed, we will provide a detailed quote including the estimated timeline.
